The following Journeys 3rd grade reading activities include a main text reading, with highlights on vocabulary words, and a focus on particular reading skills, like story structure or main idea. There are also writing activities, and spelling lists to go with each main text, with links to Spelling City. Corresponding leveled readers with teacher’s guides round out the topics.
